Prescribe 2.0.1_5.07 [D] is a Software solution for medical practitioners available for desktop having windows OS. Also having immensely sturdy and highly flexible scalable architecture in the back end to make it web enabled at any point of time as per the requirement of a specific client. To start with we have come up with 4 specialized version of Prescribe namely “Prescribe –GP” for General Physician, “Prescribe –Chest” for Chest Specialist, “Prescribe –G&O” for Gynecologist & Obstetrics’, “Prescribe –Ortho” for Orthopedic Surgeons. It Keeps track of patient’s General & Specific Information and facilitates retrieval of those data for proper diagnosis and treatment within the click of a mouse.

In case of follow up visit this system has got facilities such as it can store data and reports of tests that were advised and while entering information for follow-up visit it also asks for these specific taste data s that one can compare the taste results on a later stage. This ultimately helps out the doctor to have a superficial look regarding the transitional betterment through the consistent treatment of a specific patient.

Patient Info part is basically the registration part of a specific patient when he/she is visiting for the first time to that specific doctor.

History part consists of mainly two parts, one is normal Patient History part and the other is Past/Family History part.

From this above mentioned report part reports can be viewed in a screened manner and at the same time prescription can also be generated from this specific party of the system.

Another part of the system is worth mentioning that in tests and Observation examination section Visit wise change if data can always be tracked through this system, which ultimately makes this system a near perfect troubleshooter for its’ users that is doctors.
