	Built a Quality Assurance Management System for an ISO certified unit who were having PC as their product and also the call Center module of the same system for after sales support covering almost 3 states of India, West Bengal being one of them

	Description:-the objective of this project was to keep track of the different stages of production from start to end i.e. from order tracking, analysis of production need from the screened orders, procurement of raw materials, Work In Progress status, finished product status, execution of the orders,i.e delivery of finished products. And another vital module of this system was the call center module of the same system so that it becomes easy to keep track of the after sales support of the products and the total support system becomes hassle free.
