climate, as is perceived by a member of the organization,
is one of the important determinates of his or her motivation
and involvement in work. While the climate is built
up through practices and behaviors of its members, it
is molded, from time to time, by management directives
and guidelines as well as by external influence affecting
work-culture and interpersonal relations. It reveals
employees’ perception about the organizational
climate and help management in identifying areas to
